We have worked with many realtors in previous home purchases. Paige was everything that you would want in a realtor: knowledgeable, responsive to emails/phone calls, proactive and personable.Short sales are often plagued by their own unique challenges and this sale was no different. Among other matters, while the short sale process had been completed and approved by the bank before the home was offered for sale, there was a tenant residing in the home. Thanks to Paige, we were the first individuals to view the home, which was instrumental in us making a successful offer, as the sellers wanted to limit disturbances to the tenant. Paige (and not the seller’s agent) handled the majority of the negotiations and documents with the tenant.
