Among other matters, while the short sale process had been completed and approved by the bank before the home was offered for sale, there was a tenant residing in the home. Paige (and not the seller’s agent) handled the majority of the negotiations and documents with the tenant. Paige also successfully negotiated down the “preapproved” set bank price of the home, saving us thousands of dollars.After we closed on the house and Paige’s professional obligations to us had ended, she continued to follow up with us to ensure that things were going well.
