I was renting the house that I ended up purchasing from the seller. He suggested using the jonville team for ease of transaction, paper work, etc…I am overall really thankful, as Nicolas was very thorough and professional in the entire process, as there is a lot of work involved, but it helps to use experienced realtors who have done it successfully multiple times and it really showed. Given my situation, being the renter and already living in the house and renting it up until close, with the ease of the entire transaction, approaching the seller and working out to buy initially, I felt we could have tried to be a little more aggressive with the negotiation and getting a better price. I am not complaining as compared to market price and supply on the market I got a fair price and am very happy and grateful. I pretty much knew I’d be going with the Jonville Team when I knew we’d be putting our house on the market. I saw several others in our neighborhood go very quickly and I knew about their reputation. That said, everything you hear/read about this group is absolutely correct – they are phenomenal. Jena returned my initial call and took it from there. The best thing about working with her was her incredible communication – I had a lot of questions throughout, and she was terrific in returning calls/emails/texts promptly and courteously. Todd and the rest of The Jonville Team were invaluable in helping us with both our original home purchase and in leasing our home.
