I rarely write a review unless it is extreme one way or the other. In this situation, I feel it is warranted because Nico and Jena were examples of Real Estate Professionals. They fulfilled on everything they said they would do and communicated everything to us in a timely manner. My wife is a Real Estate Broker with her work as a real estate Attorney but does not actively sell homes so we decided to go with Nico because of his reputation and we genuinely liked him. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end and they kept us up to speed with everything in the transaction. This is the way Real Estate should be done by everyone. I would highly recommend Nico and Jena to anyone.

I originally contacted a real estate referral service to find the best agency to sell my home. I received a call within minutes from Nicolas Jonville, the actual BROKER from the Jonville Group (which helps to explain why the firm is one of the most successful in Southern California.) We set an appointment for him to come by. Meanwhile I began contacting three other agencies for appointments, so I could choose the best one of the four. Nicolas, known as Nico to those who know him, came by my home the next day. We had a very delightful social conversation about his background and mine; and then we got down to business. Nicolas explained his company’s strategies, tactics, and values. He further went into great detail as to why his marketing systems and programs would achieve the highest value and quickest sell of my home. I was hooked. And decided to hire him on the spot and forego the other interviews, but on the condition that he would be personally involved in selling my home, which he promised to do. To make a long story short, he generated five offers within nine days with three being over asking price. We chose who we considered the best buyer candidate. And the deal closed escrow including the net sales proceeds in my bank within 14 days of that. (The buyer’s agent actually told me that was a record for his firm.) NOW THAT’S RESULTS!!! So if you are serious, really serious about selling your home I highly recommend the Jonville Team in general, and Nicolas Jonville in particular. I could not imagine anyone else doing a better job.
