Brooke is highly educated on every aspect of Real Estate! From preparation to negotiation, she knows how to sell! All I can say is “Listen to Brooke.” We saw the dream home we wanted to retire in, and we could only make a contingent offer… Which was a bit weak in the current market. Brooke took us on and helped us through everything! We were reluctant to spend the money on staging, but we listened to Brooke and it made our house look 10 years younger! And the professional photos and videos were amazing! That is what helped us sell our house and get into the house of our dreams! We really felt like we were part of a team with Brooke! She really helped us through the inspection, repairs, and negotiation. She is also very responsive and never misses a text or email. I would highly recommend using her again! In fact, we miss talking with her. 🙂
