I was referred to the Jonville team by Taylor B and went into this journey with little to no knowledge of the process. My agent Robert was incredible throughout the process with carefully and thoroughly explaining documents, laying out different intermediate steps to be completed during escrow, and offering constructive suggestions to ensure I was protected and understood everything happening.
