Our family had the wonderful opportunity to see Brooke in her element for the purchase and sale of our home! words cannot describe in depth as to how amazing Brooke and her team operate, especially in a market where inventory is non-existent and competition is FIERCE! On our purchase, we searched for months (9 in total). Brooke went above and beyond in the hunt for our new home, from sending out letters to neighborhoods in our search area to connecting with agents in that area to see what was coming in pre-market. When our home did come on, we were the first in and first to write an offer. She worked diligently with the listing agent to ensure the sellers picked us, and they did! In this market to have out right acceptance is UNREAL and unheard of. It happened because of Brooke’s persistence and communication!! we could not have won this home without her. The closing could not have gone smoother, zero issues, and closed on TIME! Truly an unreal real estate experience. That brings us to our sale.

Like the purchase, our sale of our home was perfect. The work Brooke put in pre market (helping stage, paint, landscape) ensured we sold fast and over asking, and that we did. In total, over 50 showings, 11 offers and sold for $50K over asking, all in a weekend. And none of this would have happened without Brooke and her team’s guidance and support! Brooke’s patience, guidance, support, and drive made the entire experience amazing. Buying and selling can be EXTREMELY stressful, but Brooke and her team de-stressed the situation! Not only did we get our dream home from this, we made a friend for life. WE will not take our real estate needs anywhere else, and either should you!
