I wanted to provide a brief testimonial for those in search of a realtor for buying or selling a home. Stephanie Cowan from the Jonville Team, Keller Williams Reality has been our realtor for both the purchase of our new home and selling our last home. Although this simple sentence summarizes the transactions, by no means does it represent everything that she has done for us. As long-time area residents, we were aware of the area and specific homes that we were interested in. Over the course of several years, Stephanie closely the watched the market waiting for our dream home to come on the market. She had the perfect balance of keeping us informed, but also understood our specifics and never strayed from those. I can honestly say that without Stephanie’s advice and representation, we would not have been successful buying our home. As one might expect, there are many bumps, turns and twists that come with the escrow, inspection and financing process. No matter what wrinkle came our way, Stephanie stood by our side eagerly blocking issues and removing obstacles.
