She was so knowledgeable about the process

We had the wonderful privilege of working with Stephanie Cowan with Jonville on our recent purchase in San Marcos. We met Stephanie 3 years ago when we first moved back to CA and were just looking at places to get a feel for the market. We were not ready to buy yet but Stephanie kept in touch, was always available to answer any questions and share her contacts with us. She was respectful of our timing and did not bombard us like other agents. So when we were ready to buy, she was the one we chose to reach out to. She immediately had properties ready to show us and was patient with us as we moved through the process to really figure out that perfect blend of what we wanted and what we could afford. After a short time, we found our perfect home in the exact type of neighborhood we were hoping for and within our price range! Stephanie knew the neighborhood well and was able to give us insight into what it would be like living here and is even introducing us to people she had worked with in this neighborhood before! I should also mention, that while we were in escrow, Stephanie had a family vacation planned. At first, I was nervous, but she partnered us up with Brooke who was also amazing. She was so knowledgeable about the process and helped ease our minds when we hit some small snags, as you do in escrow. And even while Brooke had things under control, Stephanie was still checking in regularly while on her family vacation in Europe! We were thoroughly impressed with Stephanie and the Jonville Team and will definitely be working with them on our next purchase!
