From our first call, Brooke was very up front with the challenges we would face, but that she would help us until we found the house that was right even if it took bit longer. After a few offers, we eventually had an offer accepted on a house we love in the perfect location. We did not have the opportunity to see our house in person before purchasing, and we had the utmost confidence in Brooke to be our eyes on the ground. I had many questions, and Brooke spent the time to talk me through any concern that came up, and she never pressured us to move ahead if we did not feel 100% comfortable. Brooke took the time to point out very minor damage such as a tiny stain on the carpet or small crack a tile, just to ensure there were no surprises when we arrived at our new home. When we finally arrived in person at our new house it was just as anticipated and better.
