Paige Marvil did an amazing job! Paige helped our family with 3 separate transactions. She helped us sell 2 properties and she helped us buy our dream home. Paige was always readily available during all 3 transactions. She was extremely organized, professional and knowledgeable. These adjectives only begin to describe Paige. Paige brought up ideas and had a knowledge of the industry that our previous realtor never brought to the table. We got top dollar (way more than we initially expected) and both of our properties went into escrow with multiple offers within the 1st few days of going on the market. Both transactions went smoothly and closed with the initial buyer. When we bought our dream house, Paige did an amazing job building rapport with the other agent. Despite bidding against a ton of other potential buyers, she made our offer stand out and was somehow able to get it accepted by the seller.
