He knows the San Diego County market extremely well. He knew we were planning on moving again, but he never put any pressure on us as to when to sell. He let us call the shots and just checked in with us every few months to see if we were ready. He is the only agent we have used twice. He was our agent for both the purchase and sale of the SDC property. When it came time to negotiate price and other aspects of the deal, Todd knew exactly how to handle it to get us the best deal possible with the most favorable terms.
