We met her at an Open House months prior and are so grateful we did! She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and a VERY good negotiator. We purchased a short sale which in itself is never an easy transaction, but Stephanie and her team helped to make sure it was as seamless as possible so we could close escrow on both properties on the same day! Stephanie was a great resource

During the first half of calendar year 2021, our family desired to upgrade to a bigger home. The sales prices in our neighborhood were skyrocketing. After failed attempts with a previous agent, we knew we wanted to buy in the beautiful community of San Elijo Hills. We parted ways with our agent and selected the Jonville team based in San Elijo Hills, Ca. After speaking with the owner, we were fortunate to work with local agent, Stephanie Cowan. What a breadth of fresh air when compared to our previous agent. Stephanie was extremely gave us a personal tour of the neighborhood, responded immediately to all of our questions. (we had many!). Stephanie’s extensive list of resources and networking enabled us to secure a beautiful home off-market. We no longer had to compete with 15 buyers bidding on the same house. When it came to the Financing piece, and we had to get creative, Stephanie was a great resource in acting as liaison between lender and our family. Stephanie and Nicolas of the Jonville Team have been fantastic to work with and they set a record within our neighborhood for the sales price of our home! From our first telephone call with Nico, our minds were put at ease with selling our home as he conveyed the confidence that had me know in my gut we had chosen the correct real estate company. The next day, we had the pleasure of meeting both of them at our home, discussing what set our home apart, and then they came up with a competitive pricing structure. Everything from photos, videos, and marketing took place quickly, yet the quality of everything they and their team did was phenomenal! Given the competitive market, and how busy agents are these days, they were always prompt to return texts or calls. Their enthusiasm and love of their careers shine through with every interaction. Stephanie is excellent!

Stephanie is excellent! She helped us both buy and sell our home in an extremely hot market with success on both sides. We received significantly over what anyone in our area has received on the sale and were very happy with her guidance throughout the process. What I like most about Stephanie is her patience. We had a ton of questions and she showed us a lot of houses before we were ready to make an offer. We never felt pressured and always felt like she had our best interests in mind. Once we got to the offer stage, she provided excellent advice on current market conditions and how to write a competitive offer. That coupled with her deep network of referrals (lender, landscaping, etc.) make Stephanie an excellent asset. Stephanie knows San Elijo like the back of her hand and I’d highly recommend anyone looking there (or north county) to give Stephanie a call!

In arguably the most competitive market ever, Stephanie was the ONLY positive part of the entire home buying process. She was patient, compassionate, and clear in her communication throughout. While we didn’t always embody the same behaviors and became emotional at times, she was always there acting as a calming presence in spite of the turbulence. San Elijo Hills was our dream neighborhood. It was literally only because of Stephanie that we managed to achieve the goal of getting into the neighborhood . She has connections and long term relationships in the area that allowed us a number of advantages in showings, negotiations, etc. The dream home that we finally purchased was a direct result of these relationships and her stature in the area.

Stephanie Cowan and the Jonville Team did an excellent job selling our home. They have a great team, put together a great marketing plan, had an outstanding photographer and virtual tour. They also did a great job with the listing and managing the showings during the Covid 19 restrictions.

Stephanie Cowan is such a great agent, and we are so glad we found her. We, in the past, hired friends (out of the area) when we wanted to sell a home thinking there is not much to the listing side of the deal. We were so wrong. Picking a proven agent in our area was the best decision. Stephanie knew the area we lived in so well and priced our house perfectly. We made so much more than we ever expected. She also had relationships with many of the buyer realtors making our decisions more informed. She coordinated showings during this Covid craziness, and also choreographed the review of our offers with great thought. We are so impressed and grateful!
