Jena Jonville is a great real estate agent. She is knowledgeable, experienced, professional and really cares about her clients. In 2005, Jena helped me purchase a condo in La Jolla. The final purchasing price was below the “ask” thanks to her help and advice. Fast forward to 2021 and I wanted to sell this same property. Again I enlisted Jena to represent me in the sale.
We listed the condo for sale and 7 days later we had a terrific offer, the property sold. During the whole process we were in constant communications. She was terrific in keeping me informed. This communication is invaluable in helping a client to make good decisions, clarifying issues, and alleviate a lot of anxieties about the unknowns and unexpected. This is where experience counts as she has valuable insights into real estate purchasing and sales.
