Once we put an offer on a home she was on on top of everything and ensured that while it may not have been the smoothest transaction, she certainly made it feel like it was for us! She has been so helpful, even after we have closed. We were so appreciative that when it came down to some difficulty with the other side even Nico stepped in to help. Their Transaction Coordinator, Cassandra, was also amazing and was so on top of all of our dates and moving everything along in a timely fashion.
