Their in-depth knowledge of the local market and market trends were impressive. Being posted overseas due to our work, we were initially concerned that buying and maintaining a home in the San Diego area would prove difficult; but with the helpful of Jonville Team we found the experience in purchasing (and maintaining) a second home in a distant location very manageable. Rate was 3.99% fixed for a 30 yr loan. Todd was there cradle to grave for me to answer my stupid questions and ease my worries. BTW, I closed in 30 days from the offer!!!
