I recently bought a beautiful condo 1700 sq ft in San Elijo area. Todd Stearman was my agent that I found through a Zillow listing. Todd did a fabulous job locating, negotiating and closing my purchase in 30 days. July 15th. He also connected me with a local mortgage broker that got me a 3.99% fixed loan as rates were rising.
