He was able to keep our escrow on track and mitigate potential issues. I opted to completely replace the roof, utilizing the roofing contractor he recommended. All independent contractors were not only professional, but very accommodating with our tight timeline.
Todd priced the listing very competitively and was able to generate ample interest. Listing photos captured the property’s strengths and unique offerings. Joneville’s virtual staging helped buyers see its true potential. There were over 20 showings the first weekend that led to eight viable offers, most over asking price. This is the best real estate team we have ever worked with, and we have been through 9 home purchases and 8 home sales. Todd consistently went above and beyond what was expected from an agent. He knows the San Diego County market extremely well. He knew we were planning on moving again, but he never put any pressure on us as to when to sell.
