Wonderful Experience!

Brooke and Paige and their team were outstanding in their professionalism, attention to detail, and negotiation skills. Our experience selling our home could not have gone any better. The home was priced correctly and marketed very well. The brochures highlighted the features of the house and the video was second to none. The open house was conducted in a professional manner and attended by many interested parties. Everything was done so well, we had multiple offers within 2 days of listing and we quickly closed the sale!

Very smoooth transaction!

Very well organized and responsive company. You let me know everything that was going to happen in advance, and there were no surprises. All the people I dealt with were friendly and also efficient and to the point. Phone and text and email queries were answered in a timely manner. Everyone met their commitments and time schedules, and we were able to close escrow early. Hence the title “smoooth transaction”. The auto-sign of documents online was easy and sped up the process; I highly recommend using it.

When we enlisted Nicolas “Nico” Jonville to handle the sales of our rental condo, we were expecting the tedious process of preparing the condo after the tenant moved out. To our delight, Nico took over the whole process for us, while keeping us informed every step of the way. Nico coordinated the tenant move-out, new flooring installation, wall paint touch-up, furniture staging and all necessary repairs before and after the buyer inspection. Besides the beautiful marketing production, Nico’s vast experience and expertise were evident, when he advised us on various delicate tenant issues and probed potential buyers on how strong their commitments were, after they made their offers. That helped us decide whether to accept an offer or wait for a better one.
