This was a small sale, under $250,000, yet I was treated as if this were a huge deal for them. Jena even went in with a much higher list price than what I had imagined, and we got it, quickly. She was aggressive and fair, and very familiar with my area and what we could expect from the sale. She offered guidance when asked, and was genuinely a pleasure to work with. At the end of the deal, I found myself wishing I had another investment property to sell just so I could use them again. How often can you say that?
