Jena and Nico worked with me to sell my home. Both were great to work with. I dealt mainly with Jena who is one of nicest and sincerest people I have ever met. I pretty much knew I’d be going with the Jonville Team when I knew we’d be putting our house on the market. I saw several others in our neighborhood go very quickly and I knew about their reputation. That said, everything you hear/read about this group is absolutely correct – they are phenomenal. Jena returned my initial call and took it from there. The best thing about working with her was her incredible communication – I had a lot of questions throughout, and she was terrific in returning calls/emails/texts promptly and courteously. In addition to her knowledge and communication, I also appreciated her high energy – I felt like she was really a partner in this. She’d get just as excited as I would about the positive developments and concerned equally when things looked like they might not work out. I highly recommend Jena as she is thorough, knowledgable and responsive!!! I am a Real Estate agent and have worked with her in the past and have a high regard for her and Nicolas and the team. This year, my license was not active and she helped me sell my Promontory Ridge home in SEH. She helped me get the house ready and on the market quickly as well as showings set up as soon as the house was on the market. We had the house in escrow after being on the market for one day. The close was very expedient as well. The Jonville team is the best RE Team in SEH as well as the most organized in SD!!!!

Nothing but praise!! Our recent experience with the Jonville Team was exceptional. We recently bought and sold a house in the San Elijo Hills area. They were so impressive and helpful to us on both the buy and sell sides. We were new to buying (other than new construction) so Jena helped us navigate the process, answered all of our questions and basically allayed all of our concerns. She was great at showing us lots of properties until we found the one! She was so prompt and thorough during the entire transaction. On the sell side, we worked mostly with Nicolas who was equally knowledgeable and timely in his responses to us. He brought us the data we needed to price our home to market, make appropriate repairs, stage it properly and his marketing highlighted everything we loved about this property that ultimately the buyer loved as well, which translated into a fast sale (w/in 10 days). She has sold two homes for us now, both in record time and both for more than I hoped was possible. She spent hours looking at new homes with us, looking all over, taking us back for second looks- and when our search took us out of the area she found us a new realtor without so much as blinking an eye or grumbling about her wasted time. Beyond her expertise, the Jonvilles care. They understand how emotional it can be and really support you. Nicolas checked in with us during recent evacuations to ensure we had a place to stay- what realtor does that?? Further when work was required he called and met with every contractor until he found us the best deal. He’d even check in daily on the work progress. They truly make the process as easy as possible. Working with the Jonville team, Jena specifically was our best experience with a realtor. Jena was incredible! Emails responded to instantly, regardless of the hour. She went above and beyond handling things with my HOA to make things easier, and facilitated things with my tenants. This was a small sale, under $250,000, yet I was treated as if this were a huge deal for them. Jena even went in with a much higher list price than what I had imagined, and we got it, quickly. She was aggressive and fair, and very familiar with my area and what we could expect from the sale. She offered guidance when asked, and was genuinely a pleasure to work with. At the end of the deal, I found myself wishing I had another investment property to sell just so I could use them again. How often can you say that?
