Rob is the absolute best of the best! I’m so thankful for all of his help in buying our dream home! We are first time home buyers and had no idea what we were doing. Robert started working with us before we really knew what we were looking for in a new home. He took the time to listen and learn what we liked and helped us develop a vision of what we were looking for. He helped us with the search process for our new home. When we thought we found the home we were looking for, we needed to sell our existing home quickly in order to complete the new home transaction. Rob and Team Jonville did a fantastic job of listing and marketing our existing home. As a result, our listing went live on a Friday and we had two showings that same day. There was open house on Saturday and Sunday resulting in 6 full price offers on Monday. Rob represented both the buyer and seller in our transaction and everything went flawlessly! Amazing! After we sold our home, our plans were turned upside down when the seller of the home we were considering became difficult to work with and we walked away. This did not detour Rob. He immediately went to work and found us a new construction home that had fallen out of escrow. The new home was absolutely perfect and we will close escrow on it next week.
I can’t rave enough about Robert and his team! Rob was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very professional and really knows his business. I had the great pleasure of working with Robert Braniff on our recent home sale. Not only did he make our whole process simple and easy, he also acted in a very fair and honest way with us. We were very touched by him going the extra mile not only once but many times.
