He suggested using the jonville team for ease of transaction, paper work, etc…I am overall really thankful, as Nicolas was very thorough and professional in the entire process, as there is a lot of work involved, but it helps to use experienced realtors who have done it successfully multiple times and it really showed. Given my situation, being the renter and already living in the house and renting it up until close, with the ease of the entire transaction, approaching the seller and working out to buy initially, I felt we could have tried to be a little more aggressive with the negotiation and getting a better price. I am not complaining as compared to market price and supply on the market I got a fair price and am very happy and grateful. We felt like actors in a perfectly written and directed play. It was as if a roadshow production of “The Music Man” came to our town and asked us to star in the leading roles. Nicolas Jonville, noted playwright, producer and director selected us and our home as the setting for his long running productions of “Selling Your Home.” We were experienced actors and had a wonderful set for the play. With the expert help of Nicolas and his staff and subcontractors, the staging was completed and the rehearsals were held. Opening night was an unexpected rush as our audience gushed at the entire performance. An offer on the 2nd day and into escrow on the 4th day and the critics raved about all parts of the performance. As the reviews came in, we looked back on perfect coaching of perfect lines of dialogue on the stage which we had lived on for 12 years. We felt privileged to be a part of this production. We had our house on the market for over a year and almost no movement. After the Summer season, we switched to Jonville Team to see if Nicolas could sell our house. Nicolas came over, assessed the house, made a number of recommendations, and provided us with numerous contractors. We upgraded the downstairs flooring to all wood, had the cabinets touched up (like new!), and installed Travertine in the Master Bath.
