Working with the Jonville team, Jena specifically was our best experience with a realtor. Jena was incredible! Emails responded to instantly, regardless of the hour. She went above and beyond handling things with my HOA to make things easier, and facilitated things with my tenants. This was a small sale, under $250,000, yet I was treated as if this were a huge deal for them. Jena even went in with a much higher list price than what I had imagined, and we got it, quickly. She was aggressive and fair, and very familiar with my area and what we could expect from the sale. She offered guidance when asked, and was genuinely a pleasure to work with.
