I have worked with Jena & Nicolas for nearly 15 years. They have been helping me find tenants while I’ve been reassigned with the military. They are intuitive and insightful and I’ve never had a bad tenant experience under their oversight. They work tirelessly, thoroughly screening tenants & showing the property. Jena is incredibly responsive (regardless of what time zone I’m in when I reach out). Jena and Nico were fantastic to work with. They clearly knew the San Elijo-Old Creek Ranch neighborhood of San Marcos, valued our home expertly and sold it at full price before it even listed! Their pre-market strategy really worked. BTW, our home was the highest selling priced home in the neighborhood 🙂 During the escrow period, we had to start our job at another state and Jena just made me feel like nothing was going to fall through the cracks. She responded immediately to texts, calls, and emails. Jena and Nico’s sense of humor was also great which made working with them even more enjoyable! I’d work with them again for sure!
